Placing an Order

What format should I provide the art files in for my record labels and jackets?

We require that all artwork submitted to us be in PDF form utilizing the available templates. We prefer that artwork be provided at 300 DPI with all fonts converted to outlines (or include the fonts). We also ask that you do not embed the template lines (guides) and include them as a separate layer than can be removed by our pre-press people.

How long does it take to get my test pressings?

Typically, test pressings will arrive to you in 3-5 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship for free anywhere in Canada and the Continental United States. While we can ship internationally we have to warn you that it's wicked expensive. Records are heavy and everything goes by air so it really costs an arm and a leg. As much as we'd love your business we strongly suggest you find a plant closer to home and contact them.

What is the turnaround for a record order?

Taking into consideration that the pressing schedule at the plant varies considerably depending on the number of orders in production and that there can be delays with things out of our control (like mastering, submission of your artwork, the review of your test pressings, and sometimes unforeseen delays with shipping) we recommend that you contact us for current turnaround times.
