What is the turnaround on a vinyl record order?
Contact us if you have a specific date and can’t be late!
Our current turn time for 7″, 10″ & 12″ vinyl record pressing is 6-10 weeks.
We offer 2-4 or 4-6 week rush options too, should you need your wax in a real hurry.
We always recommend that you give yourself some extra time (2-4 weeks) on top of our standard turnaround times to allow for any delays in manufacturing, approvals and/or shipping.

Is there any tax?
- For any shipments delivered within CANADA there will be tax charged on those units.
- Any units shipped to the USA will have NO tax.

Is shipping included?
No. All our prices are plus shipping.

Steps for placing your order
- Complete forms (IPR & Tracklist)
- Send us your shipping address & phone #
- Send 50% deposit to us (e-transfer, credit card)
- Upload all your files (audio, art & forms) to our Wetransfer page
- Review & approve PDF artwork proofs sent by email
- Review & approve test pressings shipped to you
- Submit next payment
- Final product complete (+/-10%)
- Submit final payment
- Final product shipped to you

What format should I provide my audio files in?
Great question! First, make sure you have got your audio mastered for vinyl (different from CD / Digital). They should be sent in a single WAV file per side, ideally in 24bit and 48kHz or 96kHz. We can work from 16bit and 44.1kHz files too.

Do you ship overseas?
While we do ship overseas, we have to warn you that it can be wicked expensive depending on the country you are in. Everything ships by air so it can really cost an arm and a leg. As much as we’d love your business you may be best to find a plant closer to home. Sigh…

How long does it take to get my test pressings?
With our standard turn time, your test pressings are typically shipped out around the 4-6 week mark.
And with any of our rush options, your test pressings are typically shipped out around the half way point. Example, on a 4-6 week rush they would ship around the 2-3 week mark.

What format should I provide my art files in?
We recommend you send us your layered working files with all supporting files and fonts. High Res PDF is a great alternative too. Make sure to use our templates when creating your files. Artwork should be provided at 300 dpi and in CMYK colour mode. We also ask that you do not flatten the template (guides) and include them on a separate layer from all your artwork.
