We recommend you send us your layered working files with all supporting files and fonts. High Res PDF is a great alternative too. Make sure to use our templates when creating your files. Artwork should be provided at 300 dpi and in CMYK colour mode. We also ask that you do not flatten the template (guides) and include them on a separate layer from all your artwork.
